We can't ban players that aren't registered while they're offline.

Admins and mods can ban registered online players, but trials can't.

We can ban players who are not logged in, if the account has been registered. By that I mean someone has done /reg and set a password for that account. But I tried and this player cannot be banned. Thanks for the report
