Steve/Alex skin

i was playing murder mystery and i realized they were calling me alex/steve in matches i asked my friend and she said i had alex/steve skin, i have tried everything to get it out but i cant.

It is because you need a custom skin! a friend was the same but he fixed it when he put on his custom skin!
