Do you have a screenshot of something like.. ‘welcome back, [username]!’ Or /mystats?
If not, do you remember any of your stats? Crew, level, wins, kills, deaths, achievements, last skin, device, etc.

It's really hard to do this without any reliable information only the owner of the account would know. Everything you've stated can be easily obtained by a /stats, except for your XBox IGN
