What would a person have to do to get staff rank. Would I need to report a certain amount of hackers and get them banned. Or do I just need to be good, just wanna know. Ty

You would need to start a conversation with both WarriorGirl3333 and vertx explaining why you would be a good staff member, why you want to be a staff member and what would you do while being staff (how would you contribute)

Or how you contributed you can stretch to gain points like me since my video have nearly 9k views I stretched saying maybe 500 members knows me? But stretch means maybe 100 members join or 1000 depends.

Also, being very patient is a must in order fo become a staff member. From waiting for a hacker to finally use his hacks, or to waiting for someone to reply for something you posted a long time ago.

Honestly speaking in my opinon, get noticed by staff Look what I did I made 2 questions that is debatable 1 make an impression 1 argue vertx application time Just don't do most of them. Back in the day ssunsett reported 200 hackers before she was noticed. Be like ssunsett says I trust him.

Be nice and kind. Help people whenever you can. Be as active as you can. (But don't play 24/7 because that's just unhealthy.) Learn the rules and what to report, and report the people who break those rules. Report every single one you see. Be a peacemaker, stop arguments, solve problems. Play by the rules.
Use proper reasoning when applying, don't just say "I'm applying because i want to ban hackers". say why they should choose you over others. Say what makes you a good staff. If you have any experience as a staff before, on a different server, say so. Say things that'll higher your chances of getting picked, basically.

Mainly, don't get banned, muted and so on and be immed even if its banning close friends. No hestit.

Getting banned or muted doesn't affect your chances by a lot as long as you show the staff that they can trust you. Also yeah, even if it's with friends, don't be hesitant to report them. They break a rule, that's their responsibility.
