[STAFF SUGGESTION] Sub-Teams

This thread will mainly be for the staff members of BrokenLens.

The reason I am requesting this is because sometimes when a staff member bans a player they make an appeal. Although when they make an appeal and a staff member is not online it's safe to say that appeal just gets spammed with other people and ends up starting a right war with 2 people making me have to lock the appeal when they are talking about something completely unrelated to the appeal..

This happens way too many times in my opinion and I think that staff should have Sub-Roles. This would mean we would have roles for "Ban Appeals" "Trainee Management" "Hack Reports" etc etc. This would be a big change to the way the BrokenLens forums are and I know that because we use xenforo this might not be possible but I think that this would be a a good idea because it would mean we will have someone mainly looking after one part of the forums.

EXAMPLE:

OWNER: Same as ADMIN
ADMIN: Would have access to every post on the forums and also have permission to create new sub-teams
HELPER: "FAQ & Support"
MOD: "Ban Appeals" { <--- certain Mod's will have this roll} "Hack Reports"
TRIAL: "Hack Reports & General Discussion & Off-Topic"

In my opinion this would also take off the heavy workload that MOD's and ADMIN's & TRIAL's have to deal with every day on the forums and believe me it's not an easy job. Thanks for taking a look at my suggestion and I hope that something like this gets put into place sometime in the near future.
