Staff question.

Ok, so some of my friends are wondering if they can be accepted when they apply for staff, but some of them have been banned/muted before. So, can members that have been banned/muted before become a staff member?

By the way, in no way shape or form, I am not asking to become a staff member, just to let you know.

Honestly, it kinda does matter when applying for staff when youve had past infractions. When you apply for staff, youre showing them that you have what it takes to have the helper role, and that if youve had infractions in the past, youve changed and know that what you did was wrong and you assure (because you have learned from the mistake) that you won’t do it again and that you know that its wrong.

It’s okay, even I’ve done somethings in the past I didn’t even know was wrong. (I was like level 2 and new lol)

Can you elaborate on that more? Do you mean like how bad the offense was?

Obviously we wouldn’t allow someone in who would break the rules every single day, unless they happen to be THAT good.. it’s kind of hard to trust someone after seeing only their bad side though.

I believe they can but they have to acknowledge that it will be harder for them to get the position. They will have to show that they’re willing to learn from their mistakes and adopt an attitude that won’t exploit or disrespect the game and its players again.

However, if it’s gotten to the point of bypassing bans then I think there’s a 99.9% chance they won’t be picked because they’ve broken the rules multiple times and becoming a staff member could just be a way to relieve their boredom.
