Hi guys!
I was looking at some posts on Hazards q&a and I realized that most of you don’t really know what it’s like to be a staff member. We aren’t all powerful gods (even if some of us like to act like it *Cough hazard *Cough) and this isn’t always as easy as you might think.
So I talked to the other staff about doing a Q&A about our personal experiences and opinions about being a staff member.
So far the people participating are:

(If I missed someone or if someone new wants to join just edit your name in)

Now about questions. We are not going to be answering questions like ‘what minigame is coming’ ‘why can’t I log in’ those questions belong in support or another thread in faq.
We are answering questions about our personal opinions and experiences being on the staff team. (I’ll include some examples in case you don’t understand) You can direct your questions at all of us so you can see all our answers or you can specifically say who you want to answer. (Keep in mind that if someone doesn’t want to answer your question they don’t have to)

We are going to be answering as truthfully as possible so our answers may be different then what you would expect.

Here are some examples. (Yes you can ask these)
What do you like and dislike about being staff?
What sort of things can make the difference between a good day and a bad day as a staff member?
What’s one thing you wish people would understand about being staff?
These are just a few examples. I’m sure you guys can come up with more creative questions but I hope you get the idea.
Now there’s one question we get asked a lot that I’d like to mention, the ‘how did you get staff’ question. I don’t know about the rest but I don’t have a problem answering that question... but it won’t help you get staff. Our systems are so different now that you won’t be able to get staff the same way. So only ask if you actually want to hear the stories.

Anyways, I hope you have fun asking questions (and maybe learn a thing or two) and to staff participating I hope you enjoy answering as much as I think I will. :D

This way you'll have a plenty of tools to make the things more easy, Because I think that reporting every hacker that you ever saw is probably kinda boring :p

Warrior - How did you get staff? I’m actually really curious...because you’re the only active staff member who’s been here longer than me. Also, what was BrokenLens like in 2015?

Laura - Why do you seem so flippin’ serious .-. xD

Ray - Do you agree with Sabray? :D (You x Sabrina Carpenter xD)

Hazard - I know you’re bi but which gender are you more attracted to? Don’t answer if you don’t want to

Ssun - Do you play any instruments?

So... before I ask my question, a little explanation.

Whenever I'm in a game with staff I feel super awkward, like, "I'm not worthy to speak to them," or, "I can't attack them."
I remember being in an MM game where Hazard was hiding in the haunted house, with his neon TRIAL tag showing... and I just avoided the house at all costs because I worried of getting in the way of... IDEK what XD
And when you were murderer, Warrior, and I was sheriff. I usually try to watch some of the innocents, but I didn't want to tag along after a staff member, and after I shot you I half-expected to be banned or something XD
I know it's stupid, I tell myself that it's unnecessary, but I think that anyway

Okay, so after that 'little' explanation, here's the question: do you guys ever feel that awkwardness? What's it like for you if you're in a game and there's a player who clearly feels that way? Or do you not really notice it, although you know there are some of us like that?

I was asking some questions about blockhunt map requirements (I never finished it -_- the tablet I was using messed up and deleted all my apps) anyways, I asked if there were any other ways I could help. He asked what sort of things I’d like to help with. (Context note: autoban was randomly banning like everyone for 3days) I asked if I could help sort out the ban appeals. (If you can believe it I wasn’t even thinking about being staff. Was going to make a list of the usernames to give to admin at the time aypifox) so he asked if I wanted to be a sectional mod on forums and and admin on servers.

All staff: How do you juggle life in and out of forums? For example, do you have a personal life and then go on forums?

Warrior- I honestly wondered how you became staff. How did you become staff? Did you ever expect this moment to happen? What are some worse situations you have handled since your "staff life"?

Laura- You don't have to answer this but, what is your nationality? Where did you come from?

Ray- What do you look like? You don't have to answer but I've always wondering what you look like. And no, I'm not talking about the palm trees xD

Also Ray, how did you become staff? Has being staff ever been your priority?

Hazard- I have seen your Instagram. Have you ever been active on it? Do you still use it? Will you follow me back?(Just kidding about the last one) Also, do you remember Daves server? What was your initial reaction when Dave acted up on forums towards you?

Ssunset: On a scale of 1-10, does social media influence the way you live? With 1 being not at all, to 10 being all the way? Plus, what servers do you mostly play on? When you play servers, is it to find people breaking the rules or to have fun?

Befib: I don't know a lot about you, and I'm truly sorry about that.
Are you a boy or girl? If you are a boy, how old are you? Who inspired you(or what) to become a Dutch AD? What grade are you in school? Who has been the most inspirational to you on Forums?

Request him to stop his actions in a private message, if continued requested a tempban, asked Admin to set a perm ban from the forums.

Also it was small. Very hard to join a game because of the people crowding the signs. Some games had a weird waiting lobby that was a box. If you got ten people to vote that someone was a hacker they’d be banned. Idk hard to remember but

Also I’ll brb. I’ll answer all the questions though maybe out of order

Kylie: I remember you before you got staff. We met in splatter. Do you still remember meeting me? Do u remember what was happening? Also, what servers do you play on?

Optional question: If you had to choose 1 staff member as your bff, who would in be? Also, where in the world would you like to travel to?
