Yes that’s it. I Quit.
First of all I wanna start saying really the hackers have been ruling on this server, thus the mods are annoying as hell. In a situation there’s a mod in your friend list and they’re online. You basically encounter a hacker and mode are like ignoring you pretty much trash. I don’t wanna list who the mod is, thus I’m not trying to offend people or staff here.but it’s been really annoying. And talking about the thread I made lately, named as some tips on getting unbanned, like to, dark rainbows is like nice thread but check the other threads. In a indirect way, your trying to say that basically what thread I made, was pure trash. Another, your trying to say that I’m copying people. That’s it, hackers,hackusators,and Bad staff. Not offending any mod or staff, but everyone has his own opinion, and that’s it.

Last thread I’m making. I quit playing on brokenlens. A last wave.

Well Syndrome, I Know What Your Basically Saying Is Life Is Not Fair. I Feel Like That At Certain Points Too. You Can't Expect A Staff Member Which Is Online, Immediately Come To Your Game And Ban Them. The Staff On Here Work Very Hard, Tbh Usually When A Staff Is Online They Are Either:
1) Looking Up A Ban Appeal
2) Banning Someone
3) Clearing All Those Nubs On Their Friend List
Also, If There Is A Thread Like The One You Just Recently Made On Tips Of Being Unbanned, You Can Just Say In Context Somewhere Saying Something Like: [UPDATED Version From Manwee's Edition] Or Go On To That Thread And Maybe Just Text What Your Thoughts Are And Maybe A Staff Will Go In And Edit It. Like I Said, You Can't Always Get What You Want. NO THIS WAS NOT A REFERENCE TO THE SONG MADE BY THE ROLLING STONES!

Like @Aypi Said, Staff Don't Get Payed For What They Do. They Show Up. They Help. And If Your HazardTheDutchAD, You Stay Up All Night To Keep Brokenlens Alive. Staff Try Their Best To Answer Everyone's Requests.

staff are all human and I suggest you to read about 'Human being' on the internet please. Staff , player , owner. All are humans we all have a life , We're sorry that the mod havent seen your message because we basically can have a thousand of friend who can /grm to us at the same time , last day the player called 'Woof' was calling me name because I wasnt banning the hacker in his game , (I was busy with someone + I was on kik beside ralking to someone I had not talked to over 2 years!). Do you think we like to help people who call us name or call us stupid? Not really. Our Hobby is to watch people call us name because we havent replied them after 1 second they asked (Yet we're afk or we are spectating another hacker) Brokenlens is not like all of these Mainstream servers like mineplex and everything who have 20 employees paid by the money you waste on their server. Brokenlens is an indie server who is Managed , developper basically Everything you see on Brokenlens is made by vertx and one of his friend(I believe) and guess what? We aren't getting paid as staff either because We Love our job, we love to help PATIENT players and we just simply do it for us and not for money. All the money , all the ranks bought on our server are all paying the server you play on. I think I went a little too far. I'll stop but just remember that Brokenlens is different , We like our players over money.

We’re trying our best to stop hackers. We can’t make them all go away and you need to understand that. There could be other reasons why we’re not responding, it doesn’t mean we’re ignoring. Maybe we’re afk, maybe we’re busy focusing on spectating a rule breaker or banning players. You can do more than just ask a staff member to join. If that staff member really is ignoring you, just report on forums. Why is that so hard?

We’re not. Unless we actually imply it or say it, we don’t mean it. You could of taken what we said the wrong way or maybe we should of been clearer. Either way, you can’t just assume that’s basically what we said.

Well, if you’re going to complain about hackers, why don’t you at least help? Don’t give me that “staff members are ignoring me” because there are other ways to help. And if someone accuses you of hacking, so what? They probably just want to piss you off or want to get a reaction from you to use it against you so they can report. Plus, I don’t see why it’s such a big deal? You can ignore. It’s really simple.

If you’re going to call us “bad staff” then okay, that’s your opinion. But you could at least give us more information than this and tell us individually what you don’t like about us and how we can improve. This rant isn’t helping us become “better.”

I totally agree, what you said. But I totally disagree ignoring hackusators, and I pretty much can’t tolerate someone who says that your hacking even your not. I’ve never seen the same person who hackusates innocent people without a reason making a player report. And yes, your right too @aypifox , but I want to mention that ssunsett is never seen on Skywars server. And guess what, I’ve never seen a staff member being online at Skywars servers except hazard. All the replies that I get are Basically from ssunsett stating like “Omg please stop spamming in a game RN.” So basically, Your here to play games and not do your job. The second reply I always get is just being ignored. And yes I’ve seen this many times, whenever ssunsett is online, she is basically talking in /frm, when I state that there’s a hacker in my match, I never get a reply. It’s like getting straight ignore. And yes, I do have screen shots of this. And yes, make this community better by being online on each server, like 10 minutes Skywars and other. And the Staff here isn’t in the right format. I’ve always seen that staff is mainly online on micro battles and murdermystery. And the thing why I like LifeBoat is that they have a system of staff. For example a mod for each server. Like Skywars being handled by someone and other.but this was never seen here. Thanks, and yes I never wanted to state ssunsett’s name, but that’s it. This is why I hate brokenlens.

Look at the screenshots.this clearly states that they have time for defending them self and not helping this poor guy who was banned.

Maybe. But can’t we all just agree to a fact that brokenlens is And will be always famous or Skywars/Team Skywars And murdermystery. Then why can’t staff be online on these servers? People calling other gamemodes dead, then why can’t they actually do that. And mentioning this, Staff lists are always full, vertx never hires new people, I clearly agree it’s his choice. But we do have above 25+ staff members, then why cant. Skywars and tsw is the only game mode that’s named as the second name of hacking server.

You Know What Syn! Tbh I'm Pissed At You Right Now. Ok, So What Staff Do You Only See On SkyWars? Because I'm Sure There's More Than You Think. And To Be Honest, This Is Just Silly. So The Reason That They Can't Ban ItsBobCraft Is Because Bypassing When Someone Just Says "I'm Bypassing" Doesn't Mean Staff Automatically Find Him. They Don't Even Have A Clue Of Who He Is. Thats Why They Haven't Banned ILYMC Yet. And You Know The Reason That People Said That The Thread You Made Was Kind Of A Copy, Because It Is One! To Be Honest Before I Make Certain Threads, I Will Check To Make Sure Nobody Already Made One.

but i agree with u. I am getting tried to deal with hackers and duplicators everyday. It is not fun anymore. I would like to break their devices if i can.
