Staff ideas

i do have an idea for helpers and staff.. but it’s probs not a good one but I’ll say it anyway
What if there were heads? Like head helpers? And head helpers could see if the other helpers are ready to go on trail or stuff, and head helpers could help teach da helpers about how to do there job.. It would have to be somone who qualifies for it though, idk it’s just a suggestion...

I think admins/mods can just help new helpers, you don’t really need a Head Helper
