This is a pretty simplistic command to my suggestion on the baninfo command. it will say mute information instead. All mutes will now have to provide a reason as currently they do not allow you to specify a reason. This will help in players wondering why they are muted and then I can give them an appropriate reason which would be stated in the mute info.
Another suggestion I have is mute times. Currently, mute time are only in day format allowing the staff member to mute the player for one day or more but there is no way to actually make a lower mute for example 5 minutes if I player is doing any inappropriate roleplay.
Normally I set this as a 3 day mute but it really depends how bad the roleplay is. for example if a user continues to talk about blood and death and gore the mute would have to be over a day but it is a little too strict. Allowing staff to set mutes in the format of 00.00.00 would be an easier way as staff would be able to set a mute time from 1 minute to 30 days.

Normally when a player is muted their mute information does not show for them. the mute warning would work like the /muteinfo command although when a user is muted they will receive an automatic message saying that they have been muted for this long and the reason. This message would also come through in /read if the player is offline.
The message would read as an example...
"WARNING You have been muted for "time" for the following reason: "Reason"
