Basically, you don't really get an answer if you are rejected, and im 99% sure if you are accepted you just get the rank on forums and server and get no acception... letter or somethin.

Yep. I was only congratulated when I got emerald and was only in 1 semi-important convo ._. I say semi cos it’s only name changing rules for the forums

They don't contact you. Your rank is simply added on foroums and server.
