he stays on all day just to kick me when I spawn in

Hey there, I read through this case and I don't think this is a case of abuse. You and three other users connected on your network were attempting to impersonate me and other well renowned users on unregistered accounts while also continuing to cheat in various popular game-modes through stolen alts and custom clients.
I'll wait though until other staff members pick up on this case and fairly review the evidence provided from both sides before appropriate action is taken though.
