Hello, people have reported this bug in their own thread a while ago, and I hope that it will be fixed as soon as possible. The iron sword can't return to your inventory, so you lose the game (By the way, I have experienced it before). This is because we don't personally remember where the iron sword is or where it ended, so we can't look at it, also, if we can remember that we could look for the iron sword. Please, next time you shouldn't throw an innocent from your sword.
