Squatting Issue in QuakeCraft

I don't know about anyone else, but whenever i squat in Quakecraft is just....spazzes out, going up and down and up and down. I've tried many things, but it doesn't stop and is only in Quakecraft. (Okay wow, I've complained about this game twice today)

Same happens to me sometimes in waiting lobby when I complete the parkour but that was before
