As it says in the title there is a strange way to sprint backwards.
You just have to sprint forwards for a moment,jump and turn around immideately.

(Ignore the fly hacker in the video.He is already banned.)

It's just a MCPE (Minecraft) Problem. This issue has been here since 0.14.0.

Mojang isn't going to fix this

"Mojang isn't going to fix this" Wow. Not to be mean. We don't know what the mojang team do at the moment unless we are coders of mojang. The best way is to immediately report the mojang team to fix this issue.
