Why?: There is already a thread pinned on how to play splatter(here is the thread: https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/updated-how-to-play-splatter.17143/) and it is more detailed then that same thread as it has details on using to bow and shovel to win, tells about the cooldowns, etc.

- Update: the part where it says 50 second cooldown because that is no longer the cooldown time and the cooldown time now is 30 seconds
- Add: Information about getting Best Player since it is a main part of splatter.
