It's Not ._.
Because of the cooldown, you have to hit very slowly to give more damage so spammers are condemned.

...The problem is that critical hits can kill you with 2 or 3 hits only

BL was first server with pvp games i played
this new pvp is harder for ppl used to BL PVP
