I have checked this thread already and I'm not really sure about it because I cannot see their IGN so I leave it for other staff member to handle your report.

I believe this was the skin glitch- the player is wearing a skin on the app:

If it is an actual invisible skin you can still see the players name, armor, weapon- when you can't see their name it is a glitch and is not bannable- if staff are on we usually ask them to relog or change skins but they are offline now- thank you for the report sheriff
