This hacker is only winning because of SPEEDPlz get him banned his name is Destroy90909
 
Yep, unfortunately we need proof to ban or mute people. For speed hackers, that means a video. Or you can see if any staff members are online on the forums, and write a message on one of their profiles to let them know :)
