This screenshot doesn't prove that he hacks, sorry. I will investigate him and find out if he can be banned or not.
I'm not sure, when a player stands next to a block, part of them can sometimes "go in" the block.
It allows you be a "ghost", so you can fly and go through blocks, and when you're inside blocks you can't be damaged.
