Okay Another Speed Hacker.... (Great...)
Here's A Picture , And He Was Spawn Killing People.
I Was Spawn Killed 3 Times By Him And His Speed Is So Fast He Can Fun Away If He's Low On Health , So @ViperXlink And I Were Having Trouble Killing Him..
It Would Be Nice If Someone Could Kindly Do Something Like Tempban Or Something..
I Don't Know But Anyways I Think He's On OneChamber Right NOW.

The user has been banned since the user is speed hacking from what I have seen to him in server regardless on this evidence.
