People were saying he was speed hacking and I saw him speed hacking also. Sorry if this is not enough proof but I can assure you that he was hacking and not caused by lag.

@Springtrap_123, can you set a permanent ban on this user for speed hacks, I too seen him and tempbanned him for 7 days.

Changed the ban period from 7 days to permanent and thread locked. Btw, this person also evades ssun's 30-day ban.
