Spam?

So I was trying to record a video, but I messed it up so I stopped it. I could of gotten video proof, but I didnt so here is just the proof.
Ign: PaperPlayzMC
Reason: Spamming because he wants Emerald Rank but he wants someone else to get it for him.
Where: GRM chat (he has other friends, so all his other friends also got spammed.)
