Actually, you need one proof that a person spammed. Spam is when you type gibberish in the chat that contribute nothing in the chat and have no meaning behind it. This proof is good enough because it shows the person spammed

Besides, one proof is good enough, take a look at the thread below, staff muted the player for spam from one proof.
