It’s bannable, there are certain ones which are a hack client.. Although we can’t really tell the difference on a forums report ( screenshots )

Trm - crm > spamming / inappropriate chat.. 1-2 day ban.

Spamming in the public chat - overall muteable, not super long messages.. just things that are very random or spammed multiple times.
