No. Nonono. Non-staff shouldn't be trusted with /nick.
I used to think that YT ranks didn't need or deserve perks but i think they need /party. Just /Party, though.

yes, /nick could be used in some nicknames which are inappropriate.

bcz some players have inappropriate ign, some arent trusted enough to handle the command, most likely some will definitely use it for inappropriate nicknames. im thinking about the negative stuffs which may happen if this will be an update.

Omfg.
1. Their name would reset if they rejoined.
2. If i used /nick it would ONLY change my name. I can't change others. All i can do is /nick [New name] and it can ONLY change mine. Nobody elses.

They don't need /party and also there is no trust involved
Just blacklist some usernames and make it so that you can't Nick as another user

the use of /nick given to such a large population of the server (yt ranks) would result in loads of people who change their names and hack and find other ways to exploit
There is no reason for /nick
