sometimes (most of the time) i cant join because it will either say i have been disconnected before i join or it will just load forever by that i mean it will keep saying building terrain for hours.

This always happens to most people that they also can't join the server. Maybe you need update minecraft pe to the latest version, and check the thread at: https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/threads/ip-for-every-brokenlens-server.1845/ all you can do is just try to connect.

It is possible that the server is too full when you try to join. Maybe joining at another time will help the situation as i changed my server joining timings before as the server is sometimes just too full. Before you ask, the server used to say that disconnected when i tried to join when too full.

It happends to me as well.. a lot of times... even when i am right next to the wifi and even after i restarted my phone...
