Solved Something weird just happened

I don’t know if I can report a certain player but when I was playing skywars when a person came into this room with an invis potion on and splashed me with jump boost and many more buffs, I don’t know if they were trying to frame me for hacks or what

I couldn’t see because they had an invis potion on but I saw the particles and they were holding a bottle
