Someone help me please!!!

Today I posted the image below to report the player and one of the staffs saw the skin on the side and banished me, how would I know that I can not use this skin? they should have warned me, I would change it quickly, I am really sad because it was soon in the month that I bought VIP and I paid 2 dollars in the skin :(
