This guy in a hub is harassing people when they join, I was a victim, I dont want this skrub ruining peoples days by saying morbid things to people like he has been.

Maybe people have nothing better to do.
Please give him maybe a week - long kick - not ban.
as it says in the broken lens rules --> people who harass is usually a time at which they need to think about what they have said / done.
