Like Goddess said above, if you want to report a bug you should post it in the Bug Report section.

The Ban Appeals section is for players who think they have been banned mistakingly and would like to be unbanned.

If you’re version is 1.7, then you can’t join the server because it hasn’t been updated yet. If your version is lower, then it’s probably your connection to the Wifi.

If you’ve updated to 1.7 that’s most likely why you aren’t able to join, Vertx will update the server to that version soon, so - it’ll be fixed, you’ll just have to wait a bit.

You could try downgrading your mc, although if you’re iOS then I don’t think it’s possible.
Also, please don’t post in the ban appeals section unless you’ve been banned! ♡
