I think it would be fun to have... drumroll pls..

A pure survival game. I used to play on a server like this that had a bunch of players and no claims (so you could raid bases and u also had to protect yours) and the only reason I stopped is cuz a ton of it got greeted rly bad lol. Now I know exactly what a lot of you are thinking. Oh No ThE hAcKeRsSsS

Well, tons of hackers get reported, and maybe a little bit of the anticheat could be upgraded (ex player mined x amount of diamonds in a short time, player moving at x amount of blocks per x amount of time, etc)

Ans the best part is you don't have to play it if u really think there would be too many hackers

Continuing, i think you should only be able to have teams of 4 (u can pick from 1 teammate to 3, and you won't be able to damage them and you can /tp req to them) cuz when theres a million people at a base it's op. The map should be reset every now and then, so everyone has a chance to start off at the same time.

More suggestions welcome, i didnt take very long to think about this so I could be missing some things.

Well then, reset the trees and ores when they're all gone or maybe the world should be an infinite world with unlimited Supplies. + you can Explore the whole world like your normal Minecraft Survival World.

Yes you can explore the whole world. But someone with no tools nor armor would easily die just trying to find basic materials to start out

Well thats a problem. What if they broke down trees and put a house on it? When it resets theres a hole in their house with trees! Same problem with the ores.

Also people would just dig everywhere and like every survival server i think the spawn is just a massive hole almost imposibble to get out from

Why not start them off with some food? Maybe like a stack of steak, because I do agree food can be a problem. On the server i was at, there was a bunch of mob spawners close to spawn with like cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens so people could get supplies from those. Also, the trees are farther out, where you would want to make your base so it wouldn't get raided
