But a premium member is a VIP Member.
There are several VIP ranks: Gold, Diamond, and Emerald.
Each give you certain perks, like being able to buy certain items, opening green gems, and extra commands only available to them. (Like /fly in lobby)
You can find the ranks in the Brlns Online shop. Each costs different amounts and lasts different amounts of time

Maybe his context lens (no harm to Vertx he's a great guy) or maybe his friend broke his lens and then got the name
