Why chest has no sounds?
Why enchnated stuff is not in game?

Enchanted stuff, diamond chestplate and diamond leggings aren't in the game because they aren't easy to obtain so anyone who does get it becomes hugely overpowered.

There's a 30 second timer on enderpearls so that players don't abuse it. Besides, have you ever thrown 2 enderpearls at once by accident?? It's really annoying cause you lose an enderpearl for nothing.

I don't know about sand, gravel and concrete not falling or about the silent chest thing though, sorry.

sand and gravel dont fall because it makes islands

also sand is a perfect block to make maps like beach or something else so it would make sense that they disabled this feature
