So I got permanent ban, why?

Hello, I got permanent banned and want to know why and who reported me.

Maybe I'm wrong but the only thing I know to get such ban is for hacking, which is not my case and can't be banned because would need someone reported me with a video or picture of me doing it and because I do that, can't be such prove...
