Why can the small skin be banned ?

If the skin is too small or invisible, it gives an advantage towards that player. In games like MM you can’t view other’s IGN, so the small or invisible skin will be benefitted to the user. This is why small and invisible skin users a given a ban of at least a day.

Yes but for exemple in the skin pack of star wars, we must to give money to have it like the rank but the advantages of the ranks aren't bannable

The advantages of ranks and small skins are two entirely different concepts.
You pay money to buy a rank to get special perks.
It’s up to the player whether or not they want to buy (if compulsory) and use a small skin, but either way they’ll be banned if it’s too small.

Yes but when I buy this small skin I ve said to the staff if that's was legit and they said me that it wasn't banable, three month later sunsset ban me, I went to the ban appeals and Laura_aria said me that's wasn't banable

But I don't use this skin any more
And I have an other question I have a lot of skin in 3D but on the server there are very ugly (glitch or smthg els) but there arent to small. I bought it when it worked but now I m a little sad because I bought it, I love it but it doesn't work. So if it's legit, can you help me to "delete" this glitch?

Staff have different opinions on the Small Skin rule, but it’s best not to use a skin like that if Sun banned you for it (;^_^A
