We ban the small ghost skin thing which is bigger than this, but not this one?

Idk. I just know if there is a skin on the ground smaller than 1 block it is a ban. Idk about this one

I think we should ban him, the rules clearly show all skins must be one block tall and visible on all sides.
This one is small and not visible on both sides..
