Actually I just noticed he’s been reported before for a small skin, so I don’t think he understands why he’s even being banned.

I’m gonna try finding him so I can ask for him to change it, if so then please don’t ban this user.

His level is also 3... He might be unaware about this thing... I guess if he is banned he won't acknowledge the reason and will keep using it... I guess he should be told about this first...

Since you've given a pvt, I don't think this user needs to be banned.

If they ignore what you've said then report them
