Small scratch from rusting hose

OK MY AUNT HAD A RUSING hose and it kinda scraped my middle finger, I wasent bleeding and the cut wasent that deep. It's like the scrape is part of your finger or something? I'm kinda nervous I don't wanna lose a finger or DIE. It's been a couple of hours and all I'm feeling is a werid feeling on my whole arm
