it would be good if you add a lot more detail to the buildings...

they just all look really bland, only made of bricks and quartz.

Instead of using quartz for the walls maybe use light blue color blocks with clouds? Add some trees and yea the buildings really need a lot of improvement, I don't like the glowstones sticking to the walls maybe make street lamps instead?

I'm make a glowstone to see the place if the effect night vision is gone. Maybe I'm make a glasses on the top. So, they will not on the glowstone

If they jump, they will not on the top build block. I will make a any block to block player to the top build

Change quartz to a outside view of the sky but before that make it bigger by adding more buildings, shops, restaurants, etc.
