Small changes to the hub

Just a few changes I think need to be added to the NPC's.

1. Themes

It would be pretty cool to change the NPC's every season with a cool looking skin to match the season! Maybe even for a day only thing add staff as the NPC's .3.

2: Minor Fixes

Remove >>NEW<< holographic display from TeamSurvivalGames as the mingame is no longer new.

Remove >>NEW MAPS<< holographic display on MicroBattles since maps are no longer new.

I can understand if your doing this just to try and gain popularity in the minigames but that is why (I think) you added the extra boosts onto the games.
