Slowness ._. (BUG)

Time: 22:55 or 10:55PM ~ GMT-5 ~ New York Time

Bug: All the players receive slowness, and their fov goes down, sometimes we can't move and the only way to move is by jumping

This bug happens barely on Microbattles and not for other brlns server, but for it to go away the server has to restart. @edwjusti @Flowingmedia
