Today I just felt like telling you a bit of scary and funny experience. It was my experience with sleep paralysis. Don't worry this isn't for school lol
Definition Of Sleep Paralysis
Before I get into the story, i will explain to you what sleep paralysis is. Sleep paralysis is when you are sleeping but then you wake up in the middle of the night, not being abled to move or speak. So basically you're half awake half asleep. The scary part about this is, you can see but you can't move.
Story:
This story happened when I was 10 years old. One night I was sleeping, I woke up at 3 am in the morning. I tried to stand up and get a drink but then I couldn't move. Like even when I try as hard as I can, you still couldn't move. So I decided to ask my parents what was going on but I still couldn't. I was freaking out, i couldn't move or do anything. Suddenly, I saw something lurking behind the shadow. I was legit scared and tried to run but I couldn't. The thing came over to me and I got so terrified. And then, it just vanished into thin air. When I was abled to move again, I ran to my parents and then asked then what happened. They told me I probably had sleep paralysis and made me go back to sleep. The next morning I searched up what it is and then I found out what it meant and who that mysterious person is. The mysterious person turned out to be a hallucination.
Have you ever experienced it before? Tell me in this thread about your experience
