if you are on android :

-download the app: PowerGrasp
-Open the app
-click on games-> com.mojang-> MinecraftWorlds
-click on the name of your map during 3 sec
-click on create an archive -> chek .zip -> compressed max
-go on your post in the forum
-Upload file
-Powergrasp
-click on your map compressed

if you don t hunderstand go on ytb
