Reasons: The first hacker was flyhacking. They had speed, jump boost, killaura, reach, and more. Also bypassing. The second user was detailed in report #228 which is linked below.

I feel like this is becoming more of a problem. I thought it was hilarious that the second hacker tried calling the first one on hacks though.
