Solved Skywars Hacker/"Report Feature Bug"?

Bruh idek what's up with the reporting feature, but this kid has been hacking in Skywars for the past few days racking up wins.

Several other people are reporting him, and he's still around somehow.
When I type /report *correct ign* it shows that he is not online, when in fact he is in the same lobby/room.

Admins, please solve this.

His IGN is: Rinefalk

Spectated multiple games included: Wallhacks (hitting through walls), flying, speed boosts, jump boosts, auto-clicking, etc.

Hmm that’s odd.. I am still able to ban the account though

I can get a screen recording if he's still online, but a simple match spectate would prove the 30 people's suspicions who's witnessed this guy.

If you’re able to get a recording before one of the staff catches him that would be very helpful
But if not don’t worry about it.. I’ll keep my eyes open and tell the other staff too
