This has been reported by someone else before, I don't know what it could be really, it could be your WiFi like others said.

I usually receive this bug as well :/
It's usually my WiFi, as others have said.
It depends on the connection or speed.
When my WiFi was slow, I crashed, lagged and chunks barely loaded in.
But, if you upgrade to faster, stronger WiFi, or sit closer to the WiFi modem, that usually fixes the problem.
