I hate when they using my current skin.
But like think about it. Is it reasonable? Is it as bad as any other rule?
I may use it why because i hate it. Its is not punishable when player take my skin without my permission. Btw my skin picture is copyrighted.
What do we do? You made the skin, you tell them and email the site you posted it on and say that your skin wasn't free and is copyrighted.
because i post this reason why. Its because the current player was using my copyrighted skin and no permission. I could get to sue them or get them unpunishable
If your skin is copyrighted tell the person wearing it, contact the website you posted your skin on and tell them. As a Minecraft server we cannot do anything about this, nor is it on the rules so if a staff member did punish them they would be in trouble.

We don't get warning points. Staff can't be given warning points.
I know that you have permission to post it but if you made it copyrighted you shouldn't of posted it. Why did you? It doesn't make sense.
Well the owner said my skin was free to use and has copyrighted material to second degrees use.
How is it copyrighted if it's free to use? Can't you simply say you want it to be deleted or delete it yourself or say you don't want it to be copyrighted? He said it's free to use, you just said that. v That means he can use it.

You can not copyright a skin. It would take a few months to get it copyrighted and no one would even copyright a skin.
