He is hacking, but I just want to mention not everyone who goes through the floor are hackers. On some platforms there are holes in the ground and people can sit in them. Like my friend sad, (she is on bedrock platform i think) She is able to go through the ground, but only in the spots where there are holes. Now If they go deeepp in the ground that's just straight hacking.
