shooting range?(spawn/minigame)

In The spawn: Every login you'll have a free ticket pass(a paper named ticket pass) if you type /shot or /warp shot you'll be teleported to a place which is locked down (doesn't have a roof) there is a wall far by 20-40 blocks which have a 6 3×3 being divided by black wool the 3×3 wool(random colored) should be shoot and in your chat it will say that [your luck gave you [kit/item/gem,etc.]]

Minigame: like whack a mob but you need to shoot the from a far place 30 blocks far there is a scoreboard/leaderboard which is like this|

I understand the first idea but it's terrible
Why not do the first idea mmo style
Get like 100 tickets Then u trade it for a mega ticket which u can buy a super item (items only premium get) at a lottery

mobs that will only spawn are
zombie:5 points
armored zombie(+5 depends on how many armor +5 for boots +5 for leggings +5 for chest plate +5 for cap ) in total of 25

skeleton:+10
armored ones (+3 per armor)

creeper +15
